Fit-Spinning Monday 6.45pm has been cancelled until further notice, we apologise for any inconvenience.
Nearly half way through the year, have you accomplished your New Year’s resolutions to get fitter and healthier, along with a smaller waistline? If not, May is the perfect month to start taking your goals seriously and set yourself up for a great year. Jumping into our new boxing class on Thursday with Dylan or Fit-Spin on Thursday at 6.30pm with Alicia!
If your old work out is becoming tiresome or dull, please feel free to ask any of our staff members about new training techniques or for a new program, as all of our trainers are eager to work with you to help you accomplish your goals! Furthermore, school is back, so to the training squads and water polo which means our pool is slightly congested at times. We advise you to check the lap lane timetable prior to coming in for a swim, though it is subject to availability, so the safest option is to give us a call or check when you’re at the centre next.
On a home front, we wish Clayton our Membership Co-ordinator a speedy recovery from surgery he underwent, and we also welcome back Lydia to work after a successful completion of her course placement. We look forward to seeing you soon! SYS Team
