All our group fitness classes are free to members. Casual visits are available for $20 a session or a 10 pass pack for $110.

Our classes descriptions and durations are below.
Indoor Cycling classes are one of the best fitness classes around for increasing or maintaining cardio-vascular fitness, toning your legs and weight loss. Classes are a freestyle design which means every class can be different but they are always energising.

One of our most popular classes, pump and tone offers the abilitly to become stronger and more toned through the use of bar and weights. Weights are variable so all levels welcome, with a friendly experienced instructor.
This class brings the authentic training techniques of mixed martial artists into the group fitness studio for one intense workout. You’ll learn modified kickboxing, Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu moves just like the pros use. Get fit fast, boost fat burning and create a leaner, meaner you. Pads & gloves are used in this class. We recommend you bring and wear hand wraps prior to gloving up. Suitable for beginners through to advanced participants.
H.I.T. (Hard Intelligent Training). Program designed to prove to the uncertain/uninitiated that training hard can be for everybody.
This class is Kettlebells specific with a mix of body weight exercises. The moves are performed at high intensity in a safe and friendly environment for maximum results.

A combination of relaxing stretches and core exercises designed to improve your well being and mobility. This class caters to all levels of fitness and is an excellent way to spend your Sunday. See you there!
Matt based class, Beginner and Advanced levels catered for in this popular wellness program.
A weight session designed to shape and tone the 'beach' muscles. Suitable for all levels - and for those particulary interested in big arms and shapely legs.
