Body Combat

This class is for everyone, a fiercely energetic martial arts workout with an explosive soundtrack.
Duration: 1 hour

 

Bootcamp

Military Style circuit designed by trainers who have been members of The Australian Defence Force and The British Army. These classes can also be organised for Corporate groups. Please contact us for more information.
Duration: 1 hour approx

 

Box & Tone

A boxing class using pads and gloves. Good for strength, speed and agility. A class for all levels of fitness.

Cybex Express Lane

A short high intensity class that is based around pin loaded machines that is a great entry level class, but will get the most advanced gym user "pumped".

Get Active Abs

The work out that finds that six pack.. Lower back and ab specific strength and toning.

Get Active Arms

An intermediate strength workout. Get Pumped!

Get Active Fat Blaster

High energy, fun workout for all fitness levels based around cardio machines on the gym floor.

A class to improve core stability and muscle tone.

Pilates

Matt based class, Beginner and Advanced levels catered for in this ever popular Wellness program.

Power Bike

Indoor cycling is low impact, high intensity cardio workout. One of the highest calorie burning classes around, a favourite!

Pump & Tone

Using Barbells, this class is high energy and high results.

Yoga

All are welcome to improve your flexibility, strength and balance with this classic Wellness program.
