Class Announcements

There will be no Spin or RPM Classes in the month of January 2012. 

 

RPM

RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Duration: 1 hour

Running Club

Details: Every Tuesday from 6-7pm leaving from reception.
Cost is included in SYS membership or for non-members you can pay at SYS reception.

Group running at varied intensity

What to expect:

  • Warm up
  • Lactic training
  • Interval
  • Sprint
  • Hills and stairs
  • Recovery jogging
  • Cool down and stretch

HIT (Hard Intelligent Training)

Program designed to prove to the uncertain/uninitiated that training hard can be for everybody.

The exercises used in the class can include Kettlebells,Sandbags,Olympic Weight lifting through to body weight exercises. The moves are performed at high intensity in a safe and friendly environment for maximum results.
Duration: 45mins

Pump & Tone

Using Barbells, this class is high energy and high results.
Duration: 1 hour

Pilates

Matt based class, Beginner and Advanced levels catered for in this ever popular Wellness program.
Duration: 1 hour

Bootcamp

Military Style circuit designed by trainers who have been members of The Australian Defence Force and The British Army. These classes can also be organised for Corporate groups. Please contact us for more information.
Duration: 1 hour approx

Hour of Power

High energy and fun workout that takes the best of all SYS classes.

Get Active Abs

The work out that finds that six pack.. Lower back and ab specific strength and toning.
Duration: 30 mins

Get Active Arms

An intermediate strength workout. Get Pumped!
Duration: 30 mins

Yoga

All are welcome to improve your flexibility, strength and balance with this classic Wellness program.
